Putrefer Nature Farm Institute Inc. was incorporated as a non-stock, non-profit corporation under the Corporation Code of the Philippines (Revised Corporation Code, RA 11232) to serve as the institutional vehicle for the Catigan Green Dwarf Coconut Value Chain Development Program (CVCDP) in Cagdianao, Dinagat Islands.

The primary purposes of the corporation are:

• To establish, operate, and manage a zero-waste Catigan Green Dwarf (CATGD) coconut plantation covering approximately 40 hectares at Sitio Campo Langit, Cagdianao
• To process and market premium coconut products including cold-pressed VCO, cooking oil, copra, activated shell charcoal, and certified seedlings
• To develop and sustain the livelihood of farmer-workers and indigenous community members in partnership with NCIP, DA, PCA, and DOST
• To serve as a government-accredited counterpart institution under AFMA §108, RA 11524 (Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Act), and DOST SETUP

• NCIP FPIC Certificate — Free Prior Informed Consent from indigenous community
• DENR Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) — Processing Hub (renewal in progress)
• LGU Cagdianao Municipal Business Permit — Poblacion Lone District
