Terms of Use

By accessing or using the website and digital portals of Putrefer Nature Farm Institute Inc.("PNFI", "we", "our"), including the Farmer Dashboard, Partner Dashboard, and Admin Command Center (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

PNFI is a non-stock corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines (SEC Reg. No. 20260702618147-01), with registered address at Poblacion Lone District, Cagdianao, Dinagat Islands, Region XIII 8411.

The Platform is intended solely for the following authorized users:

• Farm Workers: Employees and cooperative members engaged in CATGD coconut farm operations at Sitio Campo Langit, Cagdianao
• Partner Agencies: Government agencies, NGOs, and development organizations with active MPA or MOA agreements with PNFI
• Administrators: PNFI Board of Trustees, management staff, and designated system administrators
• Buyers & Inquirers: Individuals accessing the public website to inquire about PNFI products and partnership opportunities

Unauthorized access to restricted portal areas is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175).

Portal credentials (username and password) are issued by PNFI administrators and are personal, non-transferable, and confidential. Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their credentials. Any suspected unauthorized use must be reported immediately to Putrefernaturefarm@gmail.com.

PNFI reserves the right to suspend or revoke portal access at any time without prior notice in cases of breach of these Terms, end of employment or partnership, or for system security purposes.

All content on the PNFI Platform — including the PNFI logo, farm data, product descriptions, financial projections, grant reports, KPI dashboards, and all associated documents — is the exclusive intellectual property of Putrefer Nature Farm Institute Inc. or its licensed partners.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of PNFI. Government partner agencies may use grant-related data in accordance with their respective MOA provisions.

Information on the PNFI website regarding product availability, pricing (VCO at ₱200/L domestic · ₱323/L export; CATGD Seedlings at ₱175/pc; Fresh Nuts at ₱25/nut; Copra at ₱32/kg; Shell Charcoal at ₱28/kg; Coconut Cooking Oil at ₱120/L), and supply volumes is provided for informational purposes. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, harvest yields, and supply agreements.

All formal purchase and supply agreements must be executed through a written contract signed by PNFI's authorized representative. PNFI is not liable for transactions conducted outside of formal written agreements.

PNFI provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security breaches. PNFI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform or its content.

The collection, use, and protection of personal data on this Platform is governed by the PNFI Data Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and available at /legal/privacy. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the Data Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dinagat Islands or Surigao del Norte, Philippines.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days following written notice of the dispute.

PNFI reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Use at any time. Amendments become effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
